It does look pretty, and I love the little train. I love the snow too, it always looks beautiful to me. I don’t know why it’s so cheering and uplifting to sit inside watching snowflakes falling whereas it’s gloomy and depressing to be stuck indoors watching the rain. Loving the picture,not really enough of that reassuringly expensive Swiss snow to get excited about in the Ski's world though the choo.choo train does add a certain charm to the snowy scene.be careful on venturing outside my Happy friend it looks a wee bit chilly.

Glad you like the picture! I’m not venturing anywhere today 😃 I’m waiting for Bea who has just crossed the Mount Blanc tunnel with Aria of course. I hope she doesn’t meet any of those yellow guys roadblocks!! I’m tense. I will be till she gets here safely.

Sorry for the late reply Fran, have met myself coming backwards the last couple of days ha! The scene looks lovely as always, my first thought was , snow so early, but of course this is due to our weather being so mild, forcasters keep saying we are in for a cold winter brrrr. Glad to hear Bea and Aria arrived safely, your sure to have a grand old time with them. Hope you are feeling better now and your Mum has settled in. Take care Irene x

Today’s grey and wet! Maybe it will turn to snow again as it gets cooler overnight.

Still went out with Bea to see the works on the flat. Things are progressing and now she is here taking things over, it will get easier for me I hope on that score.

Looks pretty cold! I have a stomach bug and feel so cold despite 2 microwaves hotties. Pouring with rain here and very chilly. Have to get better, have another spirometry test on Monday.

Poor Jackie..so sorry my dear..I hate stomach bugs too..I have rice, chicken broth, boiled rice water, black tea..you will be fine by Monday. I expect you feel cold as you are unwell.

Well, I had a restless night. Thank goodness I am not rushing to bathroom now and now not so cold. I am drinking lemon barley water and hope to try to eat some dry toast or crackers later. So many bugs about and as we had spent the last 2 weeks visiting family and last weekend with my grandchildren, I could have picked it up anywhere. Thank you for your message. Xx

Yes kids are bugs carriers..😃 but we love them..the thing is what is a 24h bug to them lasts a little longer for us..
