had a rather pleasant young lady attend my home, she could not understand why they are requesting a visit, she stayed for 10 mins and left. she never asked for anything just wanted me not to worry and she was annoyed at pip for doing this.

So we shall wait and see.

Thank yo for all your support.

Let's hope this is good news for you, as many people have been told all is ok, then get a refusal, so hope you have all your paperwork.

I hope it is a good sign for you, although be warned that my husband had an ESA assessment a few years ago where the assessor said to him that I see that lifting you arms above your head would be painful for you, to which he replied yes, so she said she would’nt ask him to do it. When the report came back it said that my husband refused to raise his arms above his head. Also the report said that the assessor had performed an examination, when she hadn’t touched him. We won our case on appeal.

That’s just disgraceful. It’s bad enough these assessors seem intent on denying any help but just unacceptable and unforgivable that they’re telling blatant lies. I am so glad you had the courage to appeal. Sometimes one gets so tired of fighting all the time for everything and against everything, and there can come one battle too many. Good for you for having kept fighting.

Thank you do much, had a witness present, so she can't dispute anything.

That's how to play the game. My first interview I went myself and was refused the Atos 'person' don't know what grade , refused my application and turned everything I said to a negative, and I worked for JCP I learned NEVER go alone you need to prepare and witness needs to take notes. It's a poor society we live in when we require a witness. Welfare rights are great and there should be availability via all local authorities. This post is for all going through PIP or ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE who have no one who can help them. I am now on oxygen so they cancelled PIP appointment and awarded me higher rate PIP, sceptical of result prior to that - lower rate applied!!! Good luck for you in the future.

They are a law to themselves, they are responsible for so many questions and don't listen to those suffering.
