Good news! LFT

I had my lung function test yesterday. No significant change My condition has not got any worse. Also tested my haemoglobin and it's normal.

Would celebrate but all that deep breathing, breath holding and puffing out leaves me wiped out. However I don't care if I'm wrecked for a day or three. I'm just too happy with the result.

(For those who don't know I have brochiectasis and OB)

I hope you all have good news too xxx

Stability with a lung condition is something to be celebrated so myself and Scruffy cat will raise a glass to your no change diagnosis and hope that it continues.

best wishes Ski's and Scruff's x

Congratulations 😊

Those lung function tests are really hard work, I had a brilliant 'technician' at the Royal Brompton do mine, very helpfull and considerate

Yes Peter, they are hard work, I'm knocked back for at least 3 days, then take another three to get back up to speed. Speed? Did I really say speed? Well back up to my usual slow pace. Helen Purcell and her team at my local hospital are brilliant. It's good to be cared for by people who inspire trust isn't it?

Keep well xx
