Hi. A side effect of my reliever medication, Salamol is it induces tremors. But I already have what they call 'Essential Tremors,' a nightmare in independent living and using Salamol exacerbates it. Is there a reliever which doesn't have this side effect please?

There is only one alternative called Bricanyl (Terbutaline Sulfate) it is a powder inhaler taken via a Turbohaler. One puff, four times a day as required. The problem with side effects is that they are an individual thing some get them, some don't. The only way is to try it. I have used Bricanyl for almost two years without any issues.
