As I am off antibiotics I started the homeopathic remedies again the Austrian naturopath gave me before she left on holiday.

I list them in case someone is into it. I haven’t made up my mind either way. They are sold OTC here and indications are on the notice. All between meals. No interaction.

In doubt consult a medical practitioner.

These are tablets which melt under the tongue:

Gripp-Heel for flu and cold viruses

Bronchalis-Heel for bronchial congestion

Sinfrontal for sinus congestion

These are drops you take in water:

Dr. Reckeweg R57 this is a lung fortifiant

Dr. Reckeweg R48 this is for bronchial catarrh

Then this one you take at bedtime and/or during the night only. It is for bronchial cough.

Does it work for your friend? I used to get Nelsons when I was in England. It was quite useful.

I believe certain things do. She got me onto tea tree oil, and arnica. I think natural medications can be good as we didn’t always have the meds we have now.

Are those herbs of some kind? Is that just British homeopathy? I’m familiar with a lot of herbal and homeopathic remedies just not heard of those. I made a decision a couple years ago to save antibiotics for only once a year Incase of emergency. I do however get quite a bit of spinal steroid epidural injections which I’m hoping will prevent me from having neck surgery. Gotta take the bad with the good sometimes. Who ya lookin to win today? If you’re in the USA and know how we lost our San Diego team you may understand why I’m not real into it now. Rather watch a movie about football.

Well it seems the infectiologist requested my file just now, so the nurse came in and said what is the name of that rare disease you have again? 😃 I wrote it down because yes it is a mouthful! Off she went to write an email.

Hope it doesn’t mean I am going to get scanned from top to bottom and injected in both cheeks again..injected in the tummy is worse..well beggars can’t be choosers.

I’m going to get my magnifying glass and my embroidery out..perfect day for it and soothing 😉
