We are wondering if there's anyone out there who can help us?
We are looking for people who have a lung condition who live in Cardiff (Wales) to be case studies for a report we are putting together.
If you find it harder to breathe on days when pollution is high, or you cough more etc then get in touch with us. We want to share your story so we can help clean up the air in Wales.
If you are happy to get involve, get in touch by emailing lyndsey.watson@blf.org.uk or call our helpline on 03000 030 555
Thank you

If you’re really wanting to clean up the air in Wales, and hope you make good headway, you may be interested in my experience. I lived near Chirk, Wrexham, in North Wales for over 18 years until moving to Cheshire about five months ago.
My asthma went from bad to worse while I lived there, in what I thought was a clean rural spot. From our window, in the medium distance, we could see the mdf wood factory, churning out steam 24/7. Wood can’t be harmful, I thought, and it’s steam not smoke.
Anyway since I’ve moved, I feel as though I’ve been on a holiday from my asthma, it’s so much better. I can’t believe it. I’m thinking the wood factory maybe was spreading pollution far and wide, in fine dust particles.
