Autumn is coming with pretty colours. I’ll take some pictures of the mountains when I can.

Not in Milan where Bea has temperatures of 30 and Aria is saying to Liverpool how dare you score in extra time! Just how I feel 😉

Anyway still having respiratory physio every other day at 10 am and the nurse told me I have been referred to the cardiologist this morning.

So 🤞...Well I have been exhausted so I suppose they do what’s right by me.

As long as I don’t have to peddle on that bike 🚲 today with my chest infection. 5th day antibiotics..and counting 😅

So I am doing my breathing exercises and focusing on positive thoughts, watching the local scenery..trying to remember that I am grateful to be amongst you all.

Good morning grateful Happy person ,follower of dodgy football team whose forwards like not to help their compatriotes ,perhaps they are too well paid to venture into the murky world of defence and to fall victim to the 'scouse' devils is painful indeed.
