Just had tests to check eligibility for Endo Bracheal Valves . Reading is at 186? Doing breathing tests ( expelling air not sure if its best to go as hard as I can or stop short when Ive really had enough?

Hello Hopeymoon. I have bronchiectasis not copd but over 40 years of doing these tests I would say to do your best, right up until you are as empty as you can get. It gives an accurate reading of what is going on in your lungs, especially over time and updates. If you stop when you feel like it this can vary each time and not give an accurate record. I hope that helps.
