Morning Fran, clever Aria trying to keep cool.

I’ve been trying EFT (tapping) to help with my back and it does. I just have to try and persuade Pete to try it as he has pain down both legs now.

It’s tapping Fran in places like you head, face, wrist, chest etc. over and over until you get some relief. All the time saying how you need to offload the stress, emotional baggage and all and relaxing.

Doesn’t work for everyone but Pete has nothing to lose and it helps me too.

You’ve stirred a distant memory from somewhere deep in my brain! My mum gave me a book about EFT and I tried it unsuccessfully, but now I am no longer working and in a better place mentally, I’m going to dig the book out again.

A nice East coast breeze that’s good, no wind here but I am in a well ventilated hospital room for a couple of days so no problem..

Yes slowly and fully breathing in and breathing out will help me through the next few tests..

I’m ok. 6 am blood and sputum test, placed the thing in my wrist and then I was allowed a light breakfast. Now it is strict fasting till the injected abdomen mri this afternoon.

I think they are going to put an infusion in because I am already thirsty! Chose the wrong time of year 😃

Anyway well tucked up in bed watching tv.

She is Beautiful & Wise. Yesterday we gave our Little girl a bath in the garden,then showered of the soapy suds, She hated it, Shivering with accusing eyes she ran indoors and jumped on my bed before Shaking her little body (Chihuahua) then nuzzled her self over the bedding and Pillows, Serves me right. how dare I Put her in the Washing up Bowl in the Garden. xxxx
