Yes , me, me, me. It is the sreroids - they make you feel empty, not even a normal hungry, empty like you have never eaten, and nothig , absolutely nothing makes you feel full.

Listen you think you've got problems ! In the last hour I've had a well buttered toasted teacake, a creme caramel, a piece of walnut cake and two dark chocolate biscuits to dip in my cup of tea. I was about to take an almond chocolate icecream out of the freezer but think I'll leave that till after my evening meal once I decide what I'm having.

Believe it or not five months ago I was on special drinks because I was underweight. AND I'm not on steroids ! It's just greed ! Sheer greed on my part. I'm ashamed of me. Sheila xx

Dear darling mskpjb, blame it all on the hormones! I am personally allowing you to excuse yourself with that. All the meds we are constantly on change our hormones like crazy. Try to stuff your face with more liquids than anything else!

So funny candyred. I'm roaring laughing. I'm like that, I'm in the fridge every five minutes. Always eating. My hubby said I'm gonna look like two ton tests. He's threatened to put a child lock on the fridge. I blame the type 2 diabetes that's the reason. And I'm sticking to it. Take care. xx
