A Special Day Today

Good Morning to All of you HU Family,

My Friend Gaynor is Celebrating Two Years Today of her Double Lung Transplant. We both where in QE Birmingham having our Assessments For Transplant. Luckily for my friend she received her Transplant on this very Day after 6 weeks on The Transplant List. I keep in touch with her and I have Learned a Lot Pro Transplant, She is an Inspiration. I have a lot of Inspirational Friends on here also, Breatheasy 1, Skis, Happy London Fran, Caspiana (like me waiting for Transplant) and of course all of you. Every Morning I Look at FB for family News. Then I sit and read all your Comments on HU, I come away Very Happy, Very sad, I comment and I Laugh, some times I Weep. Yesterday was the Birthday of my First Grandchild She is a Beautiful 30 year old Mummy and soon to have another Baby. The Photos of the Usual Birthday Place in Spain, Los Montesinos Municipal Pool Surrounded with Gardens, Flowers Bougonvilla, brought so many Memories of my Years with my Family there, so I laughed & Cried for the Good Memories and Thankful for the Wonderful Times I had in Spain. Here we are on the Hottest Sunniest Time for The UK, Hot and Sunny, Everyone Smiling. Wish it was Summer all Year Round......Well some of the Year. What a lovely post Carolina and you have such wonderful memories of Spain. It’s good to look back and to be proud of family and their achievements.

I am waiting to go for my assessment for a long transplant, this has given me hope. Everyone on here has inspired me in one way or another, you are all like a second family every day I am thankful to have you all in my life. Thank you all so much for your Beautiful Comments, I have just arrived home after my Gym Session, Then Hubby took me for an Aperitivo at the Pub, he's now making Lunch. My Transplant Friend has been sending me Positive Messages this Morning, I told her we all wish her well. Ski's Carino, I will see how I can upload a Photo , it will have to be later, as the site is going down at 2pm for a short time and I'm off in my garden to Eat , Drink, and Cuddle the Dog.
