Has anyone had the HIB vaccine for asthma/bronchiectasis? How safe is this vaccine for a 72 year old pensioner to have, currently on amoxicillin /symbicort.

I have lifetime bronchiectasis but I don’t have asthma. I had the HIB years ago with no side effects. I would ask your asthma specialist what they think.

Had it today with a pneumonia jab. Was fine. They don’t use live viruses any more. It covers many unwanted diseases.
