I cannot use oil diffusers any more, and find I need to dilute essential oils before I use them for massage. I'm ok with some oils but not others. I don't scent the home with them as any strong scent now give me breathing difficulties.

Hi, I use an "essential oil" CBD+ it's a cannabis food supplement but I use it to aid relaxation & sleep. but it is expensive, available from Holland & Barrett . Doesn't seem to have any side effect that interfere with my other meds. best to check with your GP tho'.

i use a few drops of lavender essential oils into a bowl of water and they make the room smell nice'the general rule is if something smells too strong dont use it.
