Well seen GP over my Exacerbation well guess if mucus is like glue and buckets loads must Be Exacerbation.
All as I know felt like I was dieing and my sat’s took a dreastic cliff dive.
ANYAY I was telling doc about my arms going numb my knee playing up making it impossible to climb stairs.
The Exacerbation and now I have toothache AND to top it all my daft surport stocking keep falling down.
So he duly examined me saying lungs giblets stuff was all nice clear.
I felt like saying can’t hear out as this no lung left HAVE spent last five years coughing things up.
So anyway HE asked the biggy HOW am I feeling WELL that was it FRAZZLED I said.
So he told me this next to NO chance of getting any antibiotics’s AND just looked at me BY this time MY gob was wide open WITH touch of drull dripping down corner of my mouth.
So then I asked what can I have for anxiety and panic attack.
Given stuff happens then ass falls out of my pants.
So I come out of doctors NOT with any antibiotics BUT two boxes of matazapine.
I just hope it’s not infection or out .. and I thought it was going to rain 🌧 today LOOK 👀 at that sky NOT a cloud OR out

OMG, poor you having to go to your Doctors again to come out with the blinking pills! I'm on mirtazepan for depression/anxiety/panic attacks.(must be some clever pill to do all that,not that I'm ungrateful but 2 years on and things are only marginally better). Trouble is I do believe that any lung disease will/could cause anxiety,panic etc,by the very nature of the illness. I hope these pills work for you JAS- are you on 45mg/day? Sorry you dont need to answer that-i dont want to pry into your personal bits and bobs. Hope your Dad is coping ok in this heat and you also. Take care.
Think your right about stress anxiety and lung issue CAN’T have one with out other.
Mine only 15mg doctors no my feeling on sedatives MAINLY I won’t be silenced
Dad’s not well really is compacted but befour that thinks is Alzheimer’s had robbed bit more of him.
He sits there thinking he’s in institution or locked in rooms.
Truly is awful BUT do try get him out but with always needing toilet 🚽 and fact he don’t really lift head of floor THIS not much can do apart from make sure we are there and reassure him.
Listen hear JAS, you do a totally sterling job,caring for your Dad. Yes, the "system" if we can dare call it that,has left people such as your dear Dad,in a position where relatives do most of the care. So sad to watch him deteriorate. You have been a sterling,loyal son and will continue to be so. Allow yourself a pat on the back eh?
Hi cheers defo agree about social care WELL is none DOCTOR come out asking why we don’t leave dad on is own LIKE really.
Mainly I don’t want him robbing by human traffickers NOT that be any use to em.
Also don’t want him found lost dead in a ditch I said that’s how great social care is as the don’t care OR would not try rob budgets from them or caters.
Anyway social workers coming SO she going to get roasting to TRYING to play down my dad’s condition becouse he can walk
Don’t mater that he can’t see out or rember anything or he will stand at wall trying to walk though it.
Are a disgrace the lot of em BUT on a plus do have fun with my dad.
He was on toilet for houndred time AND I was checking him given had constipation issues and I said this nothing but cobwebs and a spider 🕷 running round it.
I said should I get it kill it and he said no just leave it.
