Well that as been my approach to my lung disease NOT thinking I was that much effected WELL talk about a sucking wake up call.
Usually I use my nebuliser 3 days a week BUT this week given on off infections and was not on maintenance antibiotics anymore.
I thought I would give it brake AS did not want to feed Infection juice🥤
Totally forgot hole point of nebuliser is to clear lung secretions deliver medication in certain circumstances.
Well staturday totally could not breath or eat as could not hold my breath for second TRULY scary stuff.
And to top it all it was football stuff and weather was nice SO you know chances of ambulance 🚑 and hospitals being at bursting was a cert.
So I duly took two of my spare antibiotics AND broke out my nebuliser.
With hope that would fix me up SO would not need to go hospital WELL if lucky to get there.
Quite a sobering thought how can have what looks like good FEV1 3.50 yet so dependent on a little thing like a nebuliser.
So given things that went on I find trying to live forget about such issue can be as hard as lung disease it’s self
At least my sat’s are stable Is quite a worry when carrer as well TRULY frightening when sat’s do clif dive.
