Plants in bedroom

Having recently refurbished the bedroom, I removed the carpet and layed laminate flooring.

I then added "air purifying " plants, snake plant, Aloa Vera, and a peace Lilly.

My chest and breathing feel a whole lot better in the morning, I used to reach straight for the ventolin, but not any more.

I read an article on it, NASA done a huge amount of research into it. Apparently the snake plant also produces oxygen.

Well done. Yes, Plants can be very helpfull. Spider plants n English ivy in bedroom help Sleep. Also, a Peaceful lily is very good at cleaning the air. I have a house full! Important to keep Leaves dust free n water sprayed,as many Plants breathe through the a Leaves. 🌿💮🥀

Thank you, all you green plant specialists! I'm taking note. Re carpets, can't live with them any more. Feel the difference immediately in rooms with carpets, no matter how well vacuumed.

Hiya Robin, the bedroom carpet was the last, and I cannot believe the difference.

As for plants, just google it, there is loads of advice.

By far the easiest is the snake plant ( mother in laws tongue) you could almost ignore it for weeks. A lot of people are now calling it the "bedroom plant"

That's good news, I'm not great with plants I'm glad it has helped with your breathing, now all I need to do is stop smoking I'm thinking to try hypnotherapy . thanks again.

I really wish you well with the smoking, I stopped 2 years ago after 50years. I'm not going to preach but you can do it. 😉
