Yes, this doesn't surprise me at all. I didn't realise there were so many different ways to make bread though! Another thing I am very conscious of is when you see newsreel of bombing and bombsites - the dust! People are rushing to get away from it but that means their lungs are filling up even more. In war-torn countries, everyone should keep a mask. Another thing that worries me is air conditioning - not just planes but also cruise ships apparently. Why do you need air conditioning on the sea?! Most of us go to the seaside for fresh air. Respiratory conditions are a minefield. It still saddens me when you see young people smoking though - have they learnt nothing from the older generation.
