My Consultant Amy, phoned me yesterday with the Results of Bloods( very quick for results), well done City Hospital Lung Division. ALL clear. I said I was still feeling poorly, she said if I want to go back on a Maintenance Prednisolone then to do so knowing I don't really want to be a slave to steroids, I feel I must, I never asked her what mg 5,10 ? should one take for.(have left her a message asking). This Morning I would normally be planning ahead for my Wednesday Gym Visit, I don't feel well enough to go. I hope this feeling passes very soon and I can get back to my normal Barrel Chested and Hump back Self. Arrrggg, this is how my Chest & Nape of Neck was described to the Newby, You know it's there , but when you Hear it, it's like a slap in the face. Well my Friends and fellow Barrel chests with larger Boobs than normal, Men included Ha Ha, I wish you all a More Positive & Happy Wednesday Day. Love n Hugs. Carolina XXXX

Sorry you’re still feeling poorly Carolina and I hope the steroids help. You should have an answer as to how many by now hopefully.

Thank you Carole, Pete. No I haven't had a return call re Dosage. I did phone Respiratory but they couldn't give me the answer. I don't like taking them. So I won't bother and get through with my normal meds. Had to miss my Gym today. Positive for my Rehab on Friday, thank you all for being there when needed. Thanks Carole, Pete. Love n hugs. 💕💕💕xxx

Hola. Fran, just had my Siesta. And feeling a lot Better. I have decided to not take another course of Pred. I was only wanting to be told the dosage for Maintenance. As I feel I'm on the mend now. I shall recover without them. I am now look g forward to my Rehab on Friday. So there's a positive out look. Hubby pleased that I have some colour back and not so pale or washed out as I was. I am still using my 02 24/7, I will lesson the time once I feel my Breathing isn't so laboured and I'm not gasping. Thank you Fran & all of you wonderful People for caring. Love n hugs. Im on a maintenance dose of prednisone not prednisolone minimum

is 5mg to 7.5mg.

Prednisolone is lower 4 to 6 mg according to my guidebook

Thanks for that Fran, must say I'm feeling lots Better now. Yo vivo en espana por mucho tempo, olvido son Poco de palabras y frases, porque no hay gente aqui hables en Espsnol.
