A poem by Midge.

My man and I are now quite old,

Our joints are getting stiff.

We cannot walk out quite as far

To have my daily sniff.

We have a nice big garden,

Where I can do what's what.

Which means my man must clean up

The places where I squat.

As I said to a friendly cat,

I wish I was like you.

It would save my poor old man a job,

If I went next door to pooh.

Clever Midge and such a lovely photo too. Cats like to bury their poo.......and dig up plants to do it lol. Xxxxx 😘

Oh you've got some stiff competition there Don, never knew midge was so talented. My cat won't go next door - they have three cats, one is very antisocial, unfortunately they all visit my garden🙁. Anybody got a dog for hire?

Very cute poem and I like the dog. I have two myself and find them to be a lot of comfort. Never had cats but mom used to raise them. Have a great day.

Lovely Midge. I can't have animals, I am so allergic to them, so I appreciate your pictures and can imagine. Got some of those cats that visit from all over the neighborhood, or it feels like that.

We've got cat visitors and they drive my poor husband mad as they particularly like to pooh in the veg patch! Can we borrow Midge for a bit to keep them away? At least you can see where dogs have been and don't get a nasty surprise. We used to have three cats and they rarely did anything in our garden - our poor neighbours must have got it all!

Great poem, Don. Made me chuckle out loud this morning. xx Moy

How true. We live in a block of 8 flats and a communal garden.

There are six cats a lovely big tree and not a bird in sight. (:-(

And two of them don't bury it. Grrrrr
