Hi

Just a quick reminder that these community boards are read by many different people of different ages and backgrounds; there may also be press, MPs and potential charity supporters accessing and reading – please always ensure that your message is appropriate for anyone to read.

Thanks

Ben

Sorry Ben, clarification please! I don’t know what you mean by “appropriate”. Do you mean over & above complying with the guidelines? Also, what’s age got to do with it?

I think there’s a risk the forum could become very anodyne if we worry too much about who’s reading our posts.

i can't fault you,it is a rather ambiguous statement from our leadership and i am not sure as to what they are alluding to. :)

I don't understand the message, Hidden . I am 83, suffer from severe COPD, read other people's messages and occasionally make an honest contribution. I have never seen an 'inappropriate' message on here.

Would "inappropriate" include bad language, bad grammar, political content critical of authority and wrong governance, disregard for common politeness in debate on this forum, or debating at all?

Morning,

This post is nothing to worry about - it's just a gentle reminder about the requirement for posts to keep within the forum guidelines - something that pretty much everyone is doing anyway.

Regards,

Ben
