Turmeric Milk is said to help reduce inflammation (can make with cow, rice, oat, almond or coconut milk, choice is yours.

Honey Milk is said to act as a sedative - milk of choice, although it could be the cows milk that has something in it to produce the sedative affect that is not in other milks, that is something you may wish to research yourself.

I enjoy a drop of cruscovac in milk myself also kalua and milk is delicious :P :D

Its been said historically cows milk increases mucus but other views of today is there is no evidence that it does. From personal experience I would say cows milk does seem to have an affect of sinus and catarrh and so I use cows milk mainly in tea or coffee at other times I prefer to use coconut milk or almond mild.

I do believe while some have probs with cows milk others will not, so I guess its down to what works for you.

I changed to coconut milk about 3 years ago. I love it. I have it in my porridge for breakfast, a glass with my banana sarrnies at lunchtime and after my dinner at 6pm. I use skimmed cow milk for coffee, although the coconut milk tastes nice in that also.

Hazelnut milk is nice, not in tea though.
