Hello everyone

Hi everyone. My name is Elizabeth, I am 68 years old, been married for 46 years and I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren! I suffer from depression, have sciatica, circulation problems, have COPD, asthma apart from that I'm fine. New Year's resolution was to get off my pills and get fitter. So far so good. I joined a gym and spa, bought a fitness tracker and I'm feeling a lot better now. I'm making a conscious effort to get fitter than I was, so far so good. My son and his partner are having twins soon so lots to look forward to ❤❤❤

Good to see you are determined to get off your pills and get fitter. The fitness side of it is very important Your pills etc you might need anyway You do whatever you feel makes you feel better.Keeping such a positive attitude will stand you in good stead and I wish you well

Glad it's going well for you I think a healthy body helps with a healthy mind so Immsure it'll make you feel better and you'll get to meet people. When I'm well I like exercising nothing too strenuous but the bike gentle jogging etc, always put me in a good mood. A nice brisk walk is a great way to exercise too.

I believe the mind has a massive impact on our physical condition - so glad you've taken all the steps to a healthier "You". Well done and keep up the good work and don't forget pics of the twins when they ariive.
