“Loving yourself enough to live the life you deserve”

Hello BLF friends,

Bea took a picture of hope..

I like that series..

As I am trying to deal with yet another fall from Mum, miles away, trying to keep calm, words out of part 3 rang true:

“Make yourself comfortable.

Bring your awareness to this present moment.

Be aware of your breath, this breath right now.

This is your life.

There is a difference between your life and your life situation.

Your life situation may include your job, where your house is located, your finances, your hobbies, and the people you interact with.

But your life, your life is this moment right now,

This body you are inhabiting, this breath you are taking, this present moment.”

Sara Raymond

Have a good breathing day xx

Sounds like a bump and a sore head, the lady in charge just phoned me, said Mum was tired but coherent. 🤞🤞🤞

Wow what a beautiful picture Fran, and such poignant and wise words. I'm sorry to hear your mum's had a fall, I really hope she's ok. And I hope that your back is on the mend too...Sending love and hugs 💓💓💓

Thank you Anne 💝

I like Sarah Raymond and the Mindful Movement, she keeps it simple..

Another back physio later today, I go every other day..if it doesn’t settle I’ll have a chest xray when I go home..just to be sure it is muscular and not lung cysts problems.

Take care sweetie xx

Yes that sound like a good idea, better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully it's just muscular and the massages will help. Lots of love and I hope you and your mum feel better soon xx

Hi Fran 💕 So very sorry to hear about your Mum...,these parents seem to take it in turns! Though, like me, you're down to the one sided version I suppose by now. I do hope you're not having to leave your spa early to rush over if your Mum is in good hands for now . The words of Sara Raymond are so helpful to us all and remind of the need to order our minds, with 'loving' ourselves being central. We can't go on forever by putting others totally first....we end up with no energy, mental or physical, to give to others. I'm gradually learning that through being eventually absolutely floored by putting family and friends totally first. You see....I am working my way forward with your very pertinent links!! Ha! Have a good day, Fran 😘 Finish the spa then move forward with a new strength....hopefully.

Lots of love ❤️ 🌈🌟 Penny xx

Thank you Penny 🌸🌷🌺

You are a good student indeed 😃

Yes I did those meditations this morning as I felt low, wondering if I could even gather energy to go down, well we can always gather energy but it felt too much so I needed to refocus..

I am glad it all helps 💓

With Mum I keep my fingers crossed there are no after effects, nurse came by, her blood pressure is high she told her to take her rescue med..

I said I will come and fetch you when the weather is better so I am going to look for a nice nursing home close by for a short-term stay. Maybe she will get to like it..but she hates the cold and grey, I can’t see her wanting to move over now Dad is gone..they forget what winter is like down the south of France 😃

Lots of love xx

So another task, Fran, to find a possible nursing home for your Mum....take some time and try not to get overloaded. It’s unfortunate that your mother has had a fall at all but especially just now, while you’re chilling, having a spa time, after a troubled few weeks. What’s the old saying....it never rains but it pours!! I hope your back, at least, is responding to physio treatment. Well I’m looking at the clock, wondering why I’m not asleep...again! I’ll maybe try one of your meditation suggestions....goodnight for now, Fran, as I settle back to listen, and thanks once more. 💗🌹💕

Lots of love 🦋🌈🧚🏻‍♀️ Penny.

Hi Penny

Thank you for your comment 🌸

For now she has a vivid pain on the hip, not the one she had the hip replacement..so I’ve tried to organise a visit to the doctor on Monday..

I’ve just done this one..great..
