As I am trying to deal with yet another fall from Mum, miles away, trying to keep calm, words out of part 3 rang true:
“Make yourself comfortable.
Bring your awareness to this present moment.
Be aware of your breath, this breath right now.
This is your life.
There is a difference between your life and your life situation.
Your life situation may include your job, where your house is located, your finances, your hobbies, and the people you interact with.
But your life, your life is this moment right now,
This body you are inhabiting, this breath you are taking, this present moment.”
