Got some from Holland and Barrett. You have 25ml a day mixed with water, easy. Okay may not help but thought it will be worth a go. If it helps I'll report back!

What do you use it for Shancock? It is a laxative as well no? May irritate your bowel and increase acid who knows..

It's supposed to be great for digestion and GERD, lots of people saying it's a great help. You only have 25ml and mix it with a little water each day, also detoxes the body.

I take it daily in the morning and have done for years. Its effects are subtle, but I do notice a difference when I go on holiday and don't take it for a week.

Yes..,.,I have a new stomach ulcer and had to resort to nexium until I get results back from the helicobacter breath test...not until the 8th jan!...so am still experiencing pain and I have found the aloe juice a great help....along with cabbage juice...made a batch up and that seems to help too...mind you I won't be chomping at the bit to take it after this bloody thing is dealt with, not the nicest taste!!..even when I mixed with carrot!! but the aloe is very soothing for moi!!
