Thanks. Not really used to chat rooms! I thought it might help to be in touch with other sufferers!

Your dog is gorgeous, I've got two labs so lots of walking with them, wrapping up super warm at moment due to the cold.

Suki my little dog thanks you for the compliments! She’s not keen on going out when it’s cold and I must admit that I’m with her. Struggle with my breathing when’s it’s cold and windy x

Welcome, I have COPD and asthma and when it’s controlled I’m fine. Right now I’m having a bad spell and get very low, tearful and angry about it - convinced my days are numbered and I’m a burden to everyone.

It’s a rollercoaster of an illness. Learn what you can do to keep yourself well and try to stay positive mentally.

Keep moving - exercise is so important for your lungs and you have a lovely little companion to make you get out x
