How ill do you feel? Are you sure its pneumonia? No way I could even consider any of that when I had pneumonia. If you feel up to doing it go ahead, you probably don't have pneumonia.

I think the chest pains away so fluid dissolved. But funny noise in my lungs. Sweats at night still sometimes. Drinking plenty water. No antibiotics now. Chest cough still. Gaffer wants me back at work royal mail. I've been resting for 3 weeks I need me time

X Ray show pneumonia so you should have one really and blood test. Usually it's a good 6 weeks rest as it takes long to really get over. When I had it I was wiped out for couple of months.

Rest and loads of fluids if it is pneumonia and dr should sign you off for a good 4-6 weeks.

Steam rooms aren't recommended unfortunately. Saunas are OK. Hope you get better soon.

Although steam might do you good, steam rooms can harbour a kind of bacteria which wouldn't do you any good. And very hard to clear it from your lungs. Sorry can't think of the name of it.
