The lake looks like a rough sea..Trees have taken a blow! I am watching Autumn Watch on bbciplayer with a hot cup of tea and honey. Aria the cat is chasing leaves in the garden!

Thank you Pam. Did my 30 mn at the pool. I’m having a carrot and apple juice now, the juice of the day! Can’t be bad. It takes me out and I am starting to recognise faces..

I can see Aria chasing a leaf that got away. Cats get so excited by on windy days with crisp leaves to chase.

She is my daughter’s cat but I love her. 😻 She leaves her with me when she goes on trips. It took her a while to get close but now she is comfy. Leaves 🍁

Sunny between 2 and 10 tomorrow here but they had sunny today so who knows. I think we are going to have a harsh winter. I feel it in my bones 👻

I hate the change of time..the cat is up the creek asking for food every five minutes and I am lacking beauty sleep!

You too happy London. Poor Kitty... I wonder why it affects them so much? Just tell her to get outside and hunt down a mouse but don't kiss her afterwards! You're so fortunate that you are allowed an animal I'm assuming that you don't live in an apartment. They're totally brutal in this neck of the woods regarding animals. Unless you have your own house you're life is not your own. Not to mention nosey Parker Neighbors

Haha..I am in a ground floor flat so yes she can go out..she can even find a hole through the hedge around the blocks and hunt ducks by the lake if she wants but she hasn’t done it..yet..toms do. Woke me up at 5.30 this morning. I opened the window and back to bed with the radio.

You too happy London. Going to the doc's again today. Have a lung infection and a bladder infection. How lucky am I? Hope all is well with you and your lungs are nice and clear. I have a yummy scone waiting for me with cheese and avocado yum! It's morning here ... really I'm not that hung up on food anymore used to be when I was young, loved food. But not anymore I'm having a hard time finding the joy in eating. The weird thing is I still like cooking especially when I'm sick and I can't eat it go figure! Give your little kitty a hug for me x Linda

I hate bladder infections, lots of cranberry juice but not the sugary one..Antibiotics don’t help..lots of probiotics too!!💊💊

For me when lungs are down pred is up^^ ..

Cooking is fun, my daughter would love your cheese scone with avocado, I did buy some cheddar to make her scones last week I’ll do that. She has an awful cold and needs cheering up.
