Thank you
Greetings
I was on ambulatory oxygen for a long time but when I said that I was waking every morning with a banging headache, I was put onto L-TOT straight away.
If you don't have enough oxygen, it will affect all your organs, including your brain. Sod the tablets: it sounds as though it's time for L-TOT. It's not the end of the world: just don't let anyone tread on your tubes

I have read on this site that if you have COPD and are on oxygen and your oxygen flow level is higher than prescribed you can suffer from carbon dioxide retention which leads to headaches.
