BRONCIETASIS IN THE RIGHT LINGULA

I am a dual citizen of UK & Australia had a Cat scan in UK showed a nodule and a 2.1 cm bleb , I was coughing up blood . I had double Pneumonia & Bronchitis aged 5 , I just returned to Australia to see my children , so had a follow up cat scan and diagnosed with bronchiectasis . I am confused how 2 cat scans only a few months apart are so contradictory ! I also recently been diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia and inflammation of the food pipe . I find PPI don't work my condition is more of a silent reflux nature with constant Nausea . PPI I believe are not good with lung disease ? how bad is this condition if its in the Lingula ? any advice appreciated !
