Good evening y'all I wonder if I can. Use soy milk instead of real milk I want something to put on my cherrie-Os in the morning to am trying to watch what I eat and drink I have emphysema and o am trying. 2 keep my lungs clear and my O2 is

94 to 96 when I am sitting down.

Yes I gave up all dairy 18months ago and use almond milk and its made a huge difference

Follow Jools below. Use Almond milk not Soya. Soya is not good for males, creates estrogen, good for woman. Almond not much more expensive and better tasting. As others trying to reduce dairy on cerialand find it tastes really good. Best wishes.

we use alternative milk for cereals and milky drinks so the short answer is yes

in an effort to keep the weight down we use Almond Breeze, low in calories, great taste and it keeps really well so if you see it on special offer grab a few cartons

My replacement choice is hazelnut milk, lovely for cereals and as a drink - wouldn't put it in tea though.

Make sure you have a source of calcium in your diet if you take out cows milk products. Not just good for bones.
