increasing my dose of itraconazole to 4oomgs pd seemed to coincide with tinnitu anybody else notice this ?

Have been taking itraconazole for aspergillosis , seem to have developed tinnitus , anyone out there have similar experience ?

Hi Gerryhan - I've been taking this drug for " Aspergillus" , for a few years now , but hav'nt experienced your symptons - , but I suppose we're all different , and all drugs have some side effects , but so far. with me , none on this particular one - have a word with your Doc on this one - Good luck ! ...

I'm not aware of this drug causing Tinnitus as a side effect but Have you checked the leaflet that comes with it ?

One point that may be worth mentioning is that Itracanazole is a drug that reacts negatively with a few other medications so maybe check that there's nothing else you're taking that could be interacting with it.
