BLF helpline is fantastic

Just thought I would let people know that the helpline is a brilliant resource.

I wasn't sure about how to use a couple of medications and my respiratory nurse is on leave. So, I phoned the helpline. One of their nurses phoned me back within 10 minutes and gave me really helpful advice.

The nurse was really nice, treated me as an equal and was excellent at explaining things.

We are lucky to have such a great service.
