I'm in the last stage of cops can I have a Bird as a pet

I have severe emphysema and I had two canaries in a large cage in my living room, I was advised to get rid of them as the dust from the seed and from their preening is not good. As I live in a small bungalow I hadn't got another room I could put them in I'm afraid they had to go back to the breeder I bought them from. Keep smiling.

Thanks for the reply, I suppose it's best not to get a pet bird
