I agree that the mouth has do much bacteria in it. I looked online about how to sterilize your toothbrush. U have to be your own doctor at times. Its said peroixide. So every night I put my toothbrush in peroxide . it can't hurt!

Peroixide? Oh, sounds a bit extreme. I use an electric brush and just change the heads regularly but in between changes I pop it in the dishwasher as that machine is designed to kill bacteria!

Peroixide has many very healthy n inexpensive ways of cleaning n sterilizing things . it works on ear aches n ear wax n wounds as well

I have just started to look into this link that I will attach. They are called copper tongue scrapers. I wear copper bangles anyway, for the goodness of the copper. Any thing is worth a look for us.

What does a copper tongue scraper do that a tooothbrush can't.? Interesting I wear copper n it actually makes u feel better ..that is great. What is your diagnosis

I have emphysema and am under the palliative care team at the hospice. I have been down the transplant path but it was not for me. I am now on my own path following my own beliefs and live my life for me, not my illness. I believe by living for my illness it will manifest and take a hold of my life. You would have to look into the benefits of a tongue scraper compared to a tooth brush, I still use my toothbrush alongside the tongue scraper as there are so many benefits from copper.

Interesting . I remember a fad a while back that had people wearing copper bracelets but nothing proved factual. But if it helps that is all that counts
