I catched a really bad cough and it seemed to spread throughout the house so everyone's got it, but I have also been hallucinating and it's only me and I don't understand why?

Hello Anon2 .
Are you on any kind of medication? I assume you have a lung condition? Hallucinations could be caused by some medication. I was on a drug called Tamiflu a few years back when I caught influenza and I hallucinated pretty spectacularly. Have you seen a doctor about your cough? I suggest you do and mention the hallucinations. Something neurological is happening and may need attention.
