Coping with oxygen

totally fed up good day yesterday crap today res nurse said shef up my oxygen no only 4 bottles again instead of 8 means ringing all the time a bottle only lasts an hour cant be bothered to go out but in 2 weeks I've been referred to a breathing programme which means trying to get there with two bottled not coping with this oxygen thing at all really struggling and depressed

Sounds as though you are struggling a bit. Why not ring the BLF Helpline for some advice? 03000 030 555 during office hours. They really are very good.
