Ok everybody today is my first day of PR. I'm heading out the door with a positive attitude and a nervous belly. I'll let you know later how it went. Thanks for your support!

Most people who do re-hab enjoy it for the exercise and the company. Glad you enjoyed it. Next time you go it won't give you a nervous belly.

My lung doctor hopes I'll start pushing myself harder so I can clean my own house and enjoy more things. She's also hoping it will jump start weight loss. Lol!!!! Those are her reasons for sending me to PR. I'm enjoying it so come what may.

Thanks. Today was day two. I did good and I do find it enjoyable since they play real loud fast music. Lol

I take one class 3 times a week. I'll get 26 classes total. I know now I'm gonna be sad when it ends. Thanks for the encouragement.
