pin and needles

hope someone can help me today

got up for work about 4am found it a bit hard getting dress same a bit more out of out of breath than norm but still feel ok had my tea when off to work bit of a little cough but nothing much got to work when up the stairs and then it hit me my breathing got shallow and i got what i can only say was pin and nelleds all down my body took my salamol and came home but on way home even with heating on full feel cold look at my copd self mamagement plan but does not seam to tell me what wrong

Good morning, Hidden . I haven't experienced what you're going through, but it sounds like you need to see your doctor, or at least phone your surgery and ask to speak to the respiratory nurse. Hope you feel better soon.

I have never had anything like that happen but maybe a visit to your Dr to get checked out ,take it easy and rest up.
