I know I shouldn't have it, but just one piece won't hurt.

I certainly won't have more than one I'll tell you that for cert.

I haven't felt as good today as I did yesterday.

I've no idea why that should be, I really cannot say.

I'm very careful what I eat and very rarely stray.

I know that if I don't do that, there is a price to pay.

Today I'm feeling really bad and wish that I was dead.

I'm now so weak and poorly that I can't get out of bed.

The doctors been to see me and just can't understand.

Cos following his instructions I should be feeling grand.

Gradually I get better, much to my relief.

I won't be eating that again that caused me all that grief.

I'm feeling really fit now, my old self once again.

Fully fit and healthy that's how I'll remain.

And all those tasty things I'd ate were forcibly thrown out.

weve all been there even me I know it is a small one and the ammount of tonic is now drowning the gin but my gran set the goal post "a little of what you fancy does you good"
