I am 78 and over the years my skin has gotten paper thin and bruises. Is there any prescription cream that can soothe

My mother had the same problem,the copd nurses gave her Dermal Doublebase gel, which worked wonders.

12 YEARS younger but same problem prescribed E45

Just be careful what you use if you are an oxygen user. It would need to be a water based, rather than an oil based cream.

My mum has the same problem she uses E45 but the one with a red lid as thats the intense one and it has worked beautifully on her :-)

Hi I have the same problem one little knock & large red blobs appear. The only skin cream that I have found helps a little is coconut oil. It takes a while for the skin to get used to it so please do not expect too much too quickly. It may help.
