8 months fagless

Today I'm 8 months fagless. Stage 3 copd is just a number. In the last 8 months iv lost 2 stone have walked miles too many to mention jogged and in the last 3 weeks of started the gym I do a serious 2 hour session daily to get my muscle power and strength up .I can run on the treadmill for 10 mins without giving in . I still walk daily I eat correctly take my meds when I need them .Last year I couldn't walk 500 yards without getting sob I was smoking because I didn't know better and was totally stupid enough to think I was ok ...I use heavy weights in the gym and use my slow breathing technique to keep me focused...i intend to keep going and maintain this for many years to come I'm just happy with life and it was the copd diagnosis that changed it for me keep on breathing and fighting these lung conditions that have been given to us and thanks to a lot of ppl on this site for just being around πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

No chance unless someone greased the treadmill πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done Angie! Sounds as though you've put in a lot of hard work & I'm so glad it's paid off. I must admit to feeling quite envious of those of you with smoking-related conditions, if you understand what I mean.
