It's so hard 'trying' to be brave. I wish there was medication for that. Hope today goes ok for you x

I have a Monday morning feeling, Georgina, even though I've been retired for years.....so your positive thought has come at the right time.

Time to take my weekly alendronic acid tablet and get on with the day and be thankful I have my garden to potter in.

Morning knitter... I'm retired too. Maybe we should 'imagine' on a Monday that we have to go to work? That might help stop that Monday morning feeling. I have alendronic acid to take but not been brae enough/well enough to try it. I had the uncoated prednisolone and it caused terrible stomach and throat problems. Got to start this week.

Enjoy your potter xxx

i think i learned that from watching my mother when i was a little boy. probably not what your talking about, it just reminded of what been strong was.
