Oramorph

Hi I haven't posted for a while as I have been going through a bad patch but I have been reading the posts. I have just been prescribed oramorph. Has anyone tried it and does it help breathing?

Hi

I've been using for sometime, does help with breathing, but not suitable for everyone.

Worth a try, it's not addictive as the dose is so low.

Yes I am on it for panic attacks but does help with breathing i wouldn't be without it as stone says does help

I was given Oromorph when I was in hospital with a bad chest infection. The main effect is to relax you and this aids your breathing. I was given it 3 or 4 times a day depending on how I was feeling.

hi i have had oramorph in the past for real bad pain in my back but not for breathing problems

I have been on oramorph on and off. But no it dosent help with my breathing it dose help with the pain. Unfortunately i find the side affects awful and will only take it when im realy bad with pain. But remember we are all different and you may be fine on it. Good luck i hope you are up to feeling better soon Xx×
