Get out my house!

I have a Mr Nobody

Who lives at home with me.

He moves my things around the house,

To were they shouldn't be.

He eats my food so when I look,

I don't have any left.

I know I should have plenty,

But now I'm left bereft.

He always moves my car keys,

From where they ought to be.

And goes on spending money,

When I'm sure it isn't me.

I lock the house to go out.

He unlocks the door again.

I have to go back and check it,

Again, again and again.

He's driving me quite barmy,

I don't want him to stay.

Or those men in white coats,

Will be taking me away! :-o

Thank you so much for your poems. I really did think I was the only one who lives with a Mr Nobody.

Don, You are the best. Your thoughts are so reassuring - we are all in the same place. Thank you. Winterhill
