Hi all

It's been a while since my last post, sorry about that, anyway had my wedding on the 7th June at Gretna green, it was a fantastic day and no coughs to be seen which in my last post I was worried about,

Went to get my assessment n tests and the conclusion is that I do have COPD but very very mild of which I'm so thankful for, so got some medication and everything is good at the moment, thank you guys so much for you help and advice

Anyway here's a photo of me and my beautiful wife as I promised you all

In more ways then one! Stay away from pollutants, exercise often and you will be able to forget about the COPD.
