It's BAD When Algorithm Knows You BEST

Having observed patholagy of my dieases AND gp's doctors input I would say am treated more like a process and a Algorithm / Statistics than a inquisitive human suffer.

Now I don't know about other suffers but I don't like being fed a Dummy or Pacifier to bad news lands at my door AS am not Algorithm nor am I a square peg looking to fit in a round hole AM just looking for bit of compassion input in treatment patholagy of my condition FIRSTLY as a human then as a suffer.

I don't think that's tad much to ask nor is it biggy on scale of mountains I will have to climb in my own dieased process BUT the more I think of it the more we are like Algorithm / Statistics devoide of any humanity or cures .

Is tad much given scale of lung dieases THE only Surport / Reseach is from external forces SUCH as one am member and posting on today.

Am sure 21 century medicare is not apost to be like it is currently devoid of humanty, full of processes and social isolation fed Dummies and Pacifier's.

Guess we are lucky for Algorithm / Statistics as it's nearest dieased get to being treated like a human and not lost to sea to countless waves of illness and disease.

Pressure of work and professional conduct requirements by professional bodies oblige most health professionals to work like this. Sometimes you can find one who manages to show some compassion with the professionalism, but it's very hard for then with the work loads on the shoulders of NHS staff now.

Totally agree with you ergendl having been an nhs worker most of my career . The frustration of staff at the regulated bodies and the shortage of staff in all areas but your still expected to perform and please everyone .The job satisfaction and pleasure of caring for ppl went out of my career at least 10 years prior to leaving . The harder I tried the worse I felt the pressure your under makes it very difficult to please everyone and this frustrates the majority of medical staff but we are only one person...im going to be quiet now lol I could go on for weeks 😔😔😔 not only has compassion gone for patients but staff also

Agree with Angie, I worked with people with a serious long term conditions and you could not help but feel for their situation. You do try to do that little bit extra. However, a nurse is a resource you have so many patients and a limited amount of time and the situation is becoming worse. Having spent a 14 day stay in hospital recently I was impressed on what they were able to achieve but watching the amount of stress they were under the one thought I did have was how long they could do this for and what would be the cost to themselves physically and mentally.
