I've had a bad flu the last 5 days (from what I've read here it could be pnumonia but I doubt it.) At first I had a sharp pain in my left chest which has subsided. Now I have a sharp pain under my left shoulder blade that comes and goes. My flu-like symptoms (sore throat, body aches, mild fever, nasty mucous, an apparent eye infection) are either gone or nearly gone. Guess my main concern is the stabbing pain under the left shoulder blade.

You need to go and see your GP that is the only person that can diagnose to ensure you receive the correct treatment. Hope your better soon.
Your G.P. is a vital part of this process. You must get any cardiac issues eliminated and then the correct pulmonary treatment.
GP advice is wot you need. Sorry, my tablet changes words. Take care
