Dr Noah Greenspan has just published an excellent online book called "Ultimate Pulmonary Wellness". Only had a chance to have a quick look at it so far but, from what I've seen, it looks like an amazing resource and should be a great source of information for anyone with breathing problems - and its free!!. Can be found at :-

Dr Greenspan deserves a huge thank you for taking the time to produce this book and all of the excellent webinars he has put together - see

Thanks for this link. It looks like an excellent resource. I have just bought a treadmill and his advice looks good.

I started following his treadmill regime. It does work! In roughly 5/6 weeks I've worked up 3 levels. Great incentive to keep going.

Nanny49, that is brilliant. My treadmill arrives next week. I must admit I have been worrying about how I will cope. Then I tell myself to stop being daft. I keep telling myself that I am going to be in control not the COPD.

Reading about other people's experiences is really inspiring.
