A sharp pain in my left chest and my lower abdominal part

Sometimes I actually feel a short sharp pain on my left chest but the interval of the pain is like one month differences but nowadays its getting frequent like a week sometimes...and not only that, I sometimes feel pain around the lower abdominal sometimes too...I'm actually an ulcer patient...but its been treated..hope it's not something serious?
